Legal Structure

 

• The community will be set up in accordance with the Community Titles Act and Regulations South Australia (1996)

• Individuals will hold title to their own lot and a portion of the community land and property

• Blocks will be able to be on-sold

• A "sinking-fund" with quarterly contributions (agreed by the residents) provides the funding for community projects and maintenance

• The bylaws for Miler's Corner can be downloaded here.  It is our intention that the bylaws are revisited once all residents are living at Miller's Corner
